Cooking chicken step by step

Ingredients:

  • selected pieces of chicken (e.g. breast, wings or legs)
  • cold water
  • onion
  • carrot
  • Spice list:
  • salt
  • pepper
  • marjoram
  • garlic

Recipe:

To cook chicken you will need: pieces of chicken (breast, legs, wings), cold water, onions, carrots (or other vegetables), salt, pepper, marjoram, garlic or other favorite spices.

Wash the meat thoroughly, strip the bones if possible and place in a pot.

Pour chicken with cold water so that it is completely covered.

Onions and other vegetables cut into cubes or slices, add together with garlic and other spices to the meat.

We put the whole thing on the burner. We cook about 15-20 minutes from the moment the water boils.

  • 1 teaspoon curry
  • ½ teaspoon herb pepper
  • a pinch of hot pepper
  • a pinch of pepper
  • salt

Chicken breast cooked with … cheese!

You don’t have an idea for a tasty dinner dish, but you really want to prepare something really “extra” for your guests? So try to make a soft and extremely aromatic chicken in herbs, which will contain … a secret. Namely, it will be a yellow cheese! The recipe for preparing chicken in this form is quick and simple – the preparation time is about 30 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 1 chicken breast
  • 10 g yellow cheese
  • 2 teaspoons of butter
  • Spice list:
  • 1 teaspoon sweet pepper
  • A pinch of hot pepper
  • 3 teaspoons of Herbes de Provence
  • salt
  • Pepper
  • Parsley

Wash and dry the chicken breast thoroughly.

Cut the meat into two parts. Then, season them with sweet and hot peppers, Herbes de Provence, pepper and salt (to taste).

Make so-called breast pieces pockets and put butter and cheese in them. Carefully wrap the meat.

Set the pot on the burner and put the prepared chicken inside. Cook poultry preferably for about 20 minutes and immediately serve the prepared on a plate.

How to make cooked chicken not bland?

Chicken cooked in water is often a unique specialty because of the fear of its bland taste. This situation can be avoided by marinating the poultry all night in spices or cooking it in broth. It is also worth adding aromatic vegetables to the boiling water, e.g. leek, garlic or paprika.
